The Vibra-Call System is an alerting system for people
who are Deaf-Blind. When a signal is sent from any Silent Call® transmitter (sold
separately), the Vibra Call receiver vibrates. The user then presses each of the
four buttons in a learned order. When the button that corresponds to the
activated channel is pressed, it will cause the receiver to re-vibrate, thus
indicating which transmitter function activated the receiver. The receiver operates on 1) internal user-replaceable 9v rechargeable battery
(included). Recharging requires either the "BatChgr" stand-alone charger or the
Sleep Alert charger.
The Vibra-Call System is wireless and uses advanced electronics to monitor a
wide variety of important household devices such as the telephone, doorbell,
smoke detector, etc. One major benefit to this system is that you may purchase
the complete system all at once or build it, one transmitter and/or receiver at
