Freedom and Flexibility of Bluetooth Technology with
Amplification
For hearing aid telecoil users, this device connects directly with the
hearing aid through the telecoil for the best listening option. the stereo
Bluetooth transmission is combines to a single full-spectrum signal delivered
through the amplified neckloop. The neckloop volume control provides up to 30 dB
of amplification to compensate for weak hearing aid t-coils and weak sound
signals.
For those without t-coils, there is a 3.5mm headset jack for earphones or
headset connection to make it usable by virtually everyone.
Bluetooth Profiles - v2.1+EDR protocol which includes stereo A2DP (advanced
Audio Distribution Profile), with AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile)
along with the Handsfree and Headset Profiles that provide compatibility and
connectivity with all current and legacy Bluetooth devices. The v2.1 provides
enhanced pairing, improved battery life, and high speed synchronizing of voice
and video viewing experiences..
On the Cell Phone - A handsfree (mic and receiver) device that provides two way conversation on a
Bluetooth enabled mobile phone. When a call comes in, you will hear the
notification through your t-coil. Just press a button to be connected to the
call, press again to disconnect. Reduces or eliminates interference between cell
phones and hearing aid or cochlear processor. Compatible with voice dialing (if
suported by your cell phone provider)
Audio Capable - Connect to any standard
Bluetooth enables computer, radio device, iPod or MP3 player, or other audio
device with a pairing device using v1.2 or c2.1. Use with a QLink or other
Bluetooth transmitter to pair to TV or other audio device.
